Alika Crafts collects personal information during a transaction. We hold the highest regards to customer privacy and this information will not be sold by Alika Crafts to any other organisation. At times, we are required to pass relevant details to third parties such as delivery/shipping partners to provide essential services. These parties include but are not limited to marketing services and freight providers.
Alika Crafts uses the Cashfree Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. Cashfree processes online credit card transactions for thousands of merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. Alika crafts does not store or capture any details of the payment instruments used by the purchaser.
Alika Crafts regularly reviews policies and keeps them up-to-date. As such, we (Alika Crafts) reserve the right to make changes when deemed appropriate and necessary. We encourage our customers to read it frequently.
Terms and Conditions
All our bags are handmade by artisans and at times have wrinkles and color variations across the bag. This is because the manual processing by artisans to create the final product cannot change the inherent nature of natural leather/animal skin and that reflects in the final product as well. The wrinkles and difference in color across the bag can be a result of hand stitch/hand polishing and a testament of the animal's journey in its life which gives it a unique character.
The website (alikacrafts.com) user acknowledges that Alika Crafts's services and website may be affected by outages, faults and delays which may be caused by a number of factors including but not limited to technical service interruptions or infrastructure failures. Alika Crafts makes no guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted.
All prices quoted are in INR(Indian Rupee). By purchasing an product you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions. Alika Crafts reserves the right to amend or alter the Terms & Conditions and prices at any time and without notice to you. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Exchange Policy
Alika Crafts’s Satisfaction Guarantee is part of our pledge to stand behind all products we sell. The purchaser has 48hrs from the time the purchaser has received a product to intimate us on the damaged product received and place a request for full refund. For both cancelled orders & returned products (wrong or defective products delivered), the full refund amount will be credited back (after product is received and verified) into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
*Our Return Policy is ONLY applicable for damaged goods and for wrong products delivered. The customer has to share the video of unpacking the damaged package and the product within, on our whatsapp number for us to assess the same and initiate the applicable procedures.
WE WILL ARRANGE A RETURN PICKUP FOR YOU, IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT, AT NO COST TO YOU. THE COURIER CHARGES FOR RETURN WILL ALSO BE PAID BY ALIKA CRAFTS
Exchange Policy
Alika Crafts wants you to be happy with your order and that is why we put our heart and soul in crafting these beautiful bags for you. However, If for any reason you are unhappy with the product delivered, You can exchange your order (for a product of exactly same value or higher) within 15 days after receiving the product by sending us

By calling/whats App us on 9594499561 However, please be informed that we only accept the products for exchange if they are sent in accordance with the below policy.
1. The product must be un-used with all labels and tags intact and uncut.
2. Product will not be accepted, if they are not returned in the above said conditions.
3. Contact us on our whatsapp number for the courier address for sending back the product to us
4. Alika Crafts will exchange any product only one time for any given order.
5. The customer needs to send the product to our communicated address and share the courier tracking details with us on whatsapp.
6. Alika Crafts reserve the right not to accept the products which are being sent after use or have been damaged.
7. Once we receive the product in the above said condition, exchange product will be dispatched within 48 hours after quality check of the returned product, for the orders where exchange has been requested.
8. Our Exchange Policy is not applicable on products purchased during any "SALE" or "OFFERS" on our website or as part of any promotions/advertisements.
9. Kindly allow 10 days from the date of initiating the return, for us to process the same and refund the full amount back to your bank account.
Please return your products unused in the same condition as you received it. If the products are found to be used or damaged we will not be able to refund your money or help you with exchange

11. WE CANNOT ARRANGE A RETURN PICKUP FOR YOU UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT.
12. Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the item, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know details about the product if needed.
13. Return not accepted if customer does not like the Cloth Material of the item or if the size of the product is not as desired/expected by the customers. Please read the description before ordering as the fabric type is mentioned. The dimensions/size and space available has been clearly stated in the product description. Please call for further clarifications if any before placing your order.
14. Order Cancellation: We usually ship all our orders within 2-3 days upon receiving the order. You can contact us to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing your order on our website. Once we dispatch your order you will receive an email on your registered email ID along with the tracking details. Alikacrafts.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
