Return and Exchange Policy :
We do not accept return of our earrings and only offer to exchange the item.
You have to raise an exchange request within 48 hours of product being delivered at your doorstep. You can raise the request either by mailing us at care@alikacrafts.com or through watsapp by messaging us on 9594499561.
The return of the product (shipping and associated costs) for the purpose of exchange is solely the responsibility of the customer unless the customer receives a damaged product. To raise a request of return incase of damaged product , kindly share the complete unpacking video with us on watsapp, once its delivered to your doorstep. We will review the request for damaged product and arrange a return pick-up.
The item(s) must be returned in their original condition : unworn and with all tags attached.
Items purchased during any sale or discount offer from our website is not eligible for return or exchange.
